In New Trance Releases
So, my next post is newly released old music, but these gentlemen helped define Trance. If you do not know who The Space Brothers, Chakara, or Ascension are (all the same guys) because you didn't listen (or were not alive) in the late 90s early 00s, you really need to check these out. This is your 2 volumes of history lessons, there for the listening. The Space Brothers - 25 Years, Volume 1 https://open.spotify.com/album/7DA2m4idrwXQF7gszhgLZJ?si=heatSkZHS4Wy_VnrYhXc6A The Space Brothers - 25 Years, Volume 2 https://open.spotify.com/album/7kDmHLfqGrw8m9fChzETUN?si=7-dcWfgMRbefJ_2ARgDM0g These are 2 Volumes include rereleases, remixes, and remastered tracks that has just been released. Understand that back before the digital revolution of music, all of "our" music needed to be pressed onto records, and their licenses were held differently... but no more. The good folks at Armada (and others) have been licensing and rereleasing a great number of classics for years, but these really are some of the most consequential tracks in the genre.

In New Trance Releases
If I am going to put any effort in posting stuff with links and generating content, I am going to start with the most deserving. Hausman leans more towards a House sound admittedly, but Beatport has both tracks in his new EP listed and Trance, so you know what let's start there. Paradigm is my current favorite track, it's masterful. They may very well be too far down the House rabbit hole for this show, but I don't know for sure. "Four to Three / Paradigm EP" https://open.spotify.com/album/4alb7UR8eGmQH86FCTfL8J?si=FL5fU-Y7QYaN54MRqluxyQ He did a live mix for Enhanced that is like 3/4 or so his work, and if you are looking for a warm up mix, maybe for your morning coffees, please I implore you watch this gentleman mix and mash. He is almost entirely hands on the mixer and decks for 2 hours straight. https://youtu.be/3SFVExeyQns What would work on TTE, I am guessing everyone heard on the opening of ASOT 1094: the brand new PRAANA track "Landing Pad" (released this week, but available for users in Tritonia 403 https://open.spotify.com/album/3X8vALhfCu4AmWvsIGxmc0?si=9sWicR29Q6C737sIBQk63w

In Welcome and Introduction
Hello, my name is Patrick.from Denver CO USA and I am sorry this is so long, you get all or none of me. Thanks in advanc for reading. I physically disabled and have asperges. You may have seen or will see the YT Fumar or Twitter FumarMota The structure of Progressive music (I mean almost anything you loop in 16/32 and change on 32/64 beats and stays in key, I will listen to... OG 1990s Funky House, Deep House, Trance, Techno even Pop) brings order and sanity to my life. I do admittedly have an issue with some tracks when you begin to exceed ~136BPM, depending on a great number of factors they can induce Anxiety in me beyond my control, but I would emphasize I know that @Rodman plays rushy uplifting tracks, and this is in no way a campaign to get anyone to change. I tried making music over 20 years ago when the only tools available were things like Sonic Foundry and Fruity Loops and with no YouTube or competent friends, I took to it like a child sat in front of a cathedral pipe organ. While those dreams had been written off as delusional and all but totally crushed, I find them surviving in some small way vicariously lately. My love of trance, in the late 90's early 00's began with the only place I could get it, digitialyimported.com (spelled all the way out back then) indeed my entire spiritual understanding begins in "DJ Doboy - The Unreleased Vocal Mix"https://youtu.be/0D003xaeTF0 (witch was replayed a lot on DI.fm thank goodness) tracks 2 and 3. I now know they are both The Chemical Brothers "Heaven" and "Home (specificly the Above & Beyond remix)" I feel indescribable almost visceral connection to those tracks. My "all time" favorite producer other than Chem Bros is ARTY/ALPHA 9 and Above & Beyond. As far as new music from smaller guys, I love a lot of the music produced at Enhanced/Colorize and Anjunadeep, especially by Hausman, Tinlicker, PRAANA (Who as it turns out is actually Tritonal), Matt Fax, Lipless, Klur and so many others. I will close by saying that while I may lean towards a more downtempo, Deep melodic tracks, I am here for variety and to support @Rodman I can tell how much he loves what he is doing, and I would have nothing but respect for him if I didnt envy him in some small way.
